About the Role
As a Claims Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of TPD and income protection claims through superannuation with a client-centric approach.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in TPD and/or income protection claims, either as a lawyer or claims assessor.
- Comprehensive knowledge of superannuation insurance policies and claims processes.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- A proactive, empathetic approach to client advocacy.
- Exceptional organisational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to manage a busy caseload remotely or in-office.
