In this role, you’ll manage inbound new client inquiries primarily on Total and Permanent Disability and Income Protection claims.
The Role:
As a Client Services/Paralegal, you will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, specialising in Total and Permanent Disability and Income protection claims. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating within a team to handle and process new client inquiries.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Acting as a liaison between potential clients and senior claim managers to deliver exceptional service.
- Managing and updating software systems as needed.
- Scheduling new client appointments.
- Communicating with management on issues, timelines, and client concerns.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks as directed.
Reporting:
Your role will involve various administrative functions, such as:
- Handling correspondence, including printing and saving.
- Managing email communications.
- Organising and maintaining physical and digital files.
- Proactively supporting the team to maintain efficient work practices.
