Davina recently helped me make a successful TPD claim. The process was lengthy and I found it confusing and stressful, especially given my personal circumstances. Davina however was consistently helpful in providing professional assistance, patiently explaining every step (repeating it all when necessary) and giving regular updates. She did all this with empathy and compassion, an unexpected bonus, which I really appreciated, given my headspace. As the process was nearing its conclusion, Larissa appeared like an angel and arranged for the final details to be processed quickly. I was very appreciative of this, especially as the company we were dealing with was literally a week away from entering a 7-week "limited service period" - I'd imagine this would have been particularly challenging for her. I highly recommend the services of both Davina and Larissa.

I cannot thank Athelene enough, many times I was going to give up as it was too difficult to deal with as my injury had me very depressed & life was so hard for me to function. Without Athelene's constant guidance and reassurance I would of given up. I highly recommend her and their team, they were always helpful & professional. I chose Claimsplus Lawyers from a TikTok I saw when aimlessly scrolling just after my IP claim had been rejected for a small reason. I had no idea where to turn or what to do, so I decided to bite the bullet and trust TikTok..I’m so glad I did!!! My first port of call was Davina, her level of understanding, empathy and commitment to assisting me with my claim was evident from the first phone call. Happily Davina was my main point of contact throughout the process, I cannot speak highly enough of her dedication and diligence she was amazing and I’m so very grateful. Throughout I was given regular updates and assistance in acquiring the information I needed to have a successful claim, and successful it was!!! I was not surprised with extra costs and all correspondence with the insurance company was handled by Davina or Larissa which was a massive weight off my shoulders. Davina and Larissa were amazing to speak with, they both helped me to, in an extremely stressful situation, stress a little less. I cannot recommend the team at Claimsplus Lawyers highly enough, if you’re after honesty, commitment, empathy, integrity, an amazing knowledge of the process and how to apply for a successful claim you won’t regret it!

For the majority of the time I dealt with Vanessa through HSA legal ending as Claimsplus Lawyers. I found Vanessa genuine, caring and intelligent all three things are becoming even more rare now days as there is a big difference between nice and kind. When I could not reach Vanessa the rest of the staff over time were in general helpful and on point aswell. A step by step proffesionalism to an end result occurred to make things as easy as possible with as minimal fuss as can be expected. So I was happy to have paid Claims Pluss for the fixed agreed amount for the job. 👍 I don't think in dealing with me Vannessa would give me five stars so that's worth a menchin. I'm not a fan of the credit system of how people rate this or that but I can't blame Claimsplus for feeling as though they must join this, so I can't penalise for that. I recommend Claimsplus Lawyers.

The level of commitment and diligence that was shown to me through out the duration of my claim has been second to none. The claim process from my prospective was effortless with very limited action actually being required on my part other than providing authority in one form or another. Throughout I was provided with regular updates as to the progress of my claim as well as next steps and it would be remiss of me not to give special thank you to the managing legal clerk in charge of my claim Athelene, who as well as the aforementioned actions fielded my calls and enquires with compassion and professionalism.
